U18選手クラス（18歳以下の選手クラス）🍀
先週と今週は小中高生のクラスがお休みだったので、3週間前に撮ってアップしてなかった動画😅

18歳以下の選手クラスです。
キックボクシングの技術を習得し、試合に出る為の練習をしています。
もちろん試合に出ることは矯正ではないため、出なくても大丈夫です(^_^)

各自、睡眠時間を多めに取って免疫力を高めましょう^_^
